All about Wentworth Wooden Puzzles

There are many heartwarming elements that we love, appreciate and adore  during the Christmas Holiday Season – thoughtful gifts, indulgent food, and even better company. Christmas has this wonderful ability to bring people together, whether that’s extended family, work colleagues, or groups of friends.

Before we finish for the Christmas break, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for buying our puzzles this year, and for being so patient and understanding with our longer delivery times.

Christmas is one of the most wonderful times of the year and a long-celebrated holiday. With it, come some traditions that we do year after year, that can't help but get you into the Christmas spirit - Writing your Christmas cards,  baking gingerbread houses or a boozy fruitcake, and spending evenings wrapping up presents once the children have gone to bed - with carols and Christmas music on in the background of course!

Jigsaw Puzzles make great gifts for adults! Especially after coming into the spotlight during the lockdown, many more people may be wishing for a puzzle under the tree this year. Here are a few reasons why puzzles make such wonderful presents for adults of all ages...

During lockdown, many of us turned to puzzles to keep us preoccupied, and lots of people were happy to share the benefits and joy that jigsaws bring by lending our puzzles to our friends and family members. We asked our customers and followers on social media about times they've shared their puzzles, and the tales came in from far and wide about their puzzle swaps.

Jigsaw puzzles have been in the spotlight during lockdown, and we are pleased that people have been able to experience the soothing effects of puzzling.  With the benefits of completing jigsaws widely documented currently, this has encouraged a whole new wave of people to the puzzling community.

Wentworth Wooden Puzzles is based in the middle of the Wiltshire countryside, and so our local community is very important to us. After all, it’s where most of the people who design, make and dispatch our puzzles live, plus it’s where their family and friends are.
