Delivery Information
We want you to receive your puzzles in perfect condition, every time and as quickly as possible.
You will receive an email from us to let you know once your order is on the way and another email from our delivery partner so you can track your puzzles straight to your door. All orders are shipped using tracked delivery for added peace of mind.
Puzzles will be despatched within 3-5 working days unless your puzzle is being made, in which case this estimate may increase to 5-7 working days. You can check despatch estimates when selecting your puzzle size before adding it to your basket.
We do not part ship orders, your entire order will be despatched based on the longest despatch time of the puzzles in your order.
We cannot split orders and deliver to multiple addresses. If you would like to send puzzles to different destinations, then you will need to place individual orders.
Unfortunately, our delivery partners cannot currently deliver to PO Boxes, Russia, Brazil, China, Israel or Ukraine.
Standard Delivery
All orders are sent with tracked delivery for added peace of mind. Standard delivery is available on all puzzles.
Europe – FedEx Tracked – 4-5 working days, not including Saturdays.
UK – Royal Mail Tracked – 3-4 working days, including Saturdays.
USA – FedEx Tracked – 4-5 working days, not including Saturdays.
Rest of the World – FedEx Tracked – delivered within 6-8 working days, not including Saturdays.
We are not currently able to offer Express Shipping to European and Rest of World destinations.
Express Shipping
Express delivery is available for most puzzles and will be indicated when you’ve selected the puzzle size.
UK – Your order will be despatched by the next working day with Royal Mail Tracked Express Delivery – currently delivering within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays.

Customs and Import Duties
If your puzzles are being delivered outside of the UK your order may be subject to import fees. These are stipulated by each individual destination and are not collected by Wentworth. Unfortunately, as we are not able to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective rates.
If your order is being delivered within the EU, then Wentworth will pay the import duties on your behalf and you will not be required to pay any fees.
