Delivery Information
We want you to receive your puzzles in perfect condition every time and as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way, followed by a tracking email from our delivery partner.
All orders use tracked delivery for peace of mind. Puzzles are dispatched within 3-5 working days, or 5-7 working days if they are made to order. Dispatch estimates are shown when selecting your puzzle size. Personalised Puzzles can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched during busier periods.
Orders are shipped in full, based on the longest dispatch time, and cannot be split between multiple addresses. Separate orders are required for different delivery destinations.
Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Russia, Brazil, China, Israel, or Ukraine at this time.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked
Standard – 2-3 working days, including Saturdays
Express – 1-2 working days, including Saturdays
Your order will be despatched by the next working day.
Express delivery is available for most puzzles and will be indicated when you’ve selected the puzzle size.
International Delivery – FedEx Tracked
Europe – 4-5 working days, excluding Saturdays
USA – 4-5 working days, excluding Saturdays
Rest of the World – 6-8 working days, excluding Saturdays
We are not currently able to offer Express Shipping to European and Rest of World destinations.

Customs and Import Duties
If your puzzles are being delivered outside of the UK or EU your order may be subject to import fees. These are stipulated by each individual destination and are not collected by Wentworth. Unfortunately, as we are not able to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective rates.
If your order is being delivered within the EU, then Wentworth will pay the import duties on your behalf and you will not be required to pay any fees. For more information on ordering from the EU since Brexit click here.
