How to Order a Personalised Puzzle

Step 1: Choose Your Personalised Puzzle Cut Design
All of our personalised puzzles are made using whimsy puzzle cut designs, extra difficult designs, or message pieces that spell out celebratory messages like "Happy Birthday," "Happy Anniversary," or "Merry Christmas." We even have "Happy Mother’s Day" options available in both portrait and landscape to suit your image.
Step 2: Select Your Size -More Pieces, More Challenge!
Once you’ve chosen your puzzle cut, select your piece count. Don’t forget, more pieces mean more challenge! But when ordering a custom photo puzzle, it’s also important to remember that a higher piece count will require a higher-resolution image to ensure the best quality result. Images should be at least 1MB to be suitable; most phone and cameras images will be sufficient.
Make your selection and click ‘Personalise’. Ensure your image is in JPEG format and has ‘.JPG’ or ‘.JPEG’ at the end of the file name.
Step 3: Upload Your Image

Step 4: Personalise Your Puzzle Box
Add a small title (28 characters) to your puzzle box and choose whether you’d like the image to appear on the box.
Use English alphabetical characters, no emoticons or symbols, and please check your spelling.
Then select ‘Review’.
Step 5: Review Your Personalised Puzzle Order
Check the size, image, and box personalisation for your puzzle. If you’re happy with your selections, click ‘Add to Basket’ and check out securely.
Top Tips:
- Your image should be at least 1MB.
- Your image should be a JPEG. Please note PNG, PDF, TIFF files will not work.
- Many of our Personalised Puzzle with message pieces have a portrait and landscape orientation, be sure to select the best based on your image.
