As our busiest time of year comes to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all our customers for supporting us this year.
We sent our puzzles to every corner of the world, to bring joy, mindful relaxation and delightful challenges. Some of you have been enjoying our puzzles for decades, and many discovered us for the first time.
We thank you for sharing your Wentworth Puzzles experiences, whether that be by good old-fashioned word of mouth, or via social media. If you are on Instagram, you can share photos of your puzzles with #WentworthPuzzles – and they will be shown on our homepage in the Made by You section.
It is thanks to our dedicated team here at Wentworth that we have been well prepared for the increase in orders which we have experienced this year, particularly during the run up to Christmas. We have welcomed many new team members to the Wentworth family, we have installed new machinery and we are constantly improving the way we do things so that we can offer you ever-delightful puzzle experiences, along with great service.
This year we have kept our despatch lead times to around 7 days, plus all deliveries are now tracked. We have upgraded orders placed in the last few days to a priority service. We only wish we could follow all orders to our customers’ doorsteps – but alas our expertise is limited to designing and creating puzzles.
Finally I’d like to give you, as a valued customer, advance notice of our Winter Clearance Sale which starts in the next few days. We have a small amount of excess stock this year., so please look out for our Winter Sale email in your inbox, Once we have all had a well-deserved Christmas and New Year break, we will be back to finalise our new Spring Collection, and aim to get this ready for you to enjoy, as soon as possible.
