As we enter into a new year it is important to reflect on some of the amazing moments and significant achievements from the last year. We want to take this time to thank our amazing customers and brilliant puzzle community as we would not be able to achieve these wonderful things without you.

We were delighted to receive the Queen’s Award. We were the only business in Wiltshire during 2022 to receive the prestigious accolade. We attended a ceremony with the Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire, and she presented our Managing Director, Sarah with our bespoke handmade trophy, which is now proudly displayed at Wentworth HQ.
Thanks to our brilliant online puzzle community we reached over 11,000 followers on Instagram. We’re nearly at 10,000 followers on Facebook too and you can help us reach another marvellous milestone by following us! The amount of puzzle-passionate people on social media is growing rapidly and we love sharing your wonderful puzzle posts. After a very successful 2021 working with our brilliant brand ambassadors, we partnered with our second group of puzzlers, and they helped us spread jigsaw joy with their passion for puzzles. We have now introduced our new 2023 Wentworth Brand Ambassadors, why not get to know them a bit better?
We donated over 250 puzzles in 2022. These donations were given to local care homes, schools, charities, and jigsaw festivals. We love knowing that our puzzles make a difference and last year we stopped in at Monkscroft Care Centre in Cheltenham to personally deliver these donations for the residents to enjoy.
We partnered with Ecologi during Green Friday in November to plant over 7,000 trees. One of the reasons we chose to partner with Ecologi again in 2022 is because they are a British company that shares a similar ethos to us and is working to ensure a greener future for everyone.
Thanks to our customers and our ongoing partnership with Ecologi we now have 62,300 trees in our Wentworth Puzzle forest. Ecologi uses their expertise to select the best locations around the world, with the best varieties of trees and help manage the forests that they support.
During World Mental Health Awareness Week in May, we donated £2,255.92 to the Mental Health Foundation, which is a UK leading charity for everyone’s mental health. Jigsaw puzzles are a great way to practice mindfulness and improve mental health and we hope that we can continue to support mental health charities through our puzzles in the future.
We cut over 71,425,345 puzzle pieces in 2022. Our Production Team worked incredibly hard over a very busy year to continue to produce as many puzzles as possible.
We produced over 650 new hand-designed puzzle cuts for you all to enjoy. We have an extensive collection of images available, and most of our puzzles have different puzzle cuts to suit the image with unique whimsy-shaped pieces that are crafted to match the theme of the puzzle. More puzzle designs means more puzzles to discover!
We joined over 700 independent brands and design makers at the Spirit of Christmas Fair in London. We returned to the Fair for 6 fabulously festive days in November where people could visit the Home of Christmas Shopping and pick up our puzzles in person. We loved meeting so many of our puzzle fans there and it was great to learn more about our customers. Thank you to everyone who popped by to say hello!
We are delighted that over 95% of our Feefo reviews were rated 5-stars. We are also pleased to announce that for the fourth year in a row, we have received the 2023 Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo. Thank you to everyone who took the time to leave us a review as they always help us improve our puzzles and service.
