Senior Merchandise Administrator – Marketplace, Own Brand & Wholesale

Swindon (Office-based – 5 days per week), 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday

Wentworth Wooden Puzzles is a premium wooden jigsaw puzzle manufacturer with a proud heritage and a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. We are now looking for a Senior Merchandise Administrator to join our team at our Swindon office, supporting stock and sales administration across our Own Brand, Marketplace, and Wholesale channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and a genuine desire to develop their career in merchandising, stock, and inventory management.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the administration of sales and stock management across multiple platforms, helping to ensure stock targets are achieved and that reporting and forecasting are accurate and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management:

  • Support sales and stock management across Own Brand, Marketplace, and Wholesale partners

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Collate lessons learnt reporting and performance analysis
  • Maintain a strong SKU-level understanding to support stock decisions

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Production, Dispatch, Finance, Buying, and Marketing teams to deliver sales and stock objectives

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Excel skills (confident with spreadsheets, reporting, and data handling)
  • A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with stock data and supporting forecasting/reporting
  • A genuine interest in developing within merchandising / inventory / stock management
  • Ideally, experience managing inventory or working in a retail head office environment (but not essential — training can be provided for the right person)
