Shipping Information
We want you to receive your puzzles in perfect condition every time and as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive an email from us when your order’s on the way, plus tracking info from our delivery partner. Most puzzles are despatched in 3–5 working days, or 5–7 if they’re being made, you can check the despatch times when you select your size.
We send your entire order based on the maximum despatch time, and we can’t split orders or send to multiple addresses. We can’t currently deliver to PO Boxes or to Russia, Brazil, China, Israel, or Ukraine.
USA Delivery – FedEx Tracked (excludes Saturdays)
Standard – 4-5 working days
Express – 3-4 working days - order before 7pm EST and your order will be despatched by the next working day.
Express delivery is available for most puzzles and will be indicated when you’ve selected the puzzle size.
Nexus Tax
Due to Wentworth Puzzles becoming increasingly popular with our US customers, we now must start charging sales tax for certain states in the US. The tax amount depends on your order total and will be calculated at checkout - it will appear under ‘tax’ before you complete your purchase. The following states are currently under the tax nexus:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Illinois and Minnesota. These states are subject to change. These states are subject to change.
International Delivery
UK - Royal Mail Tracked (including Saturdays)
Standard – 2-3 working days
Express – 1-2 working days - Order before 7pm EST and your order will be shipped the next working day.
Express delivery is available for most puzzles and will be indicated when you’ve selected the puzzle size.
Rest of the World - FedEx Tracked (excludes Saturdays)
Europe – 4-5 working days
Rest of the World – 6-8 working days
We are not currently able to offer Express Shipping to European and Rest of World destinations.
International Delivery

Customs and Import Duties
If your puzzles are being delivered outside of the UK your order may be subject to import fees. These are stipulated by each individual destination and are not collected by Wentworth. Unfortunately, as we are not able to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective rates.
If your order is being delivered within the EU, then Wentworth will pay the import duties on your behalf and you will not be required to pay any fees.
