If you call between 5.30pm to 10pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, or 9am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday your call will be answered by UK-based call centre staff, who are not employees of Wentworth Wooden Puzzles. They will only be able to take your order and will not be able to offer any advice on our puzzles or access the details of your previous orders.
