Thinking of Framing Your Jigsaw Puzzle
As jigsaw puzzles have become more popular. more and more people have started wanting to frame their achievements – and why wouldn’t you?
We have a special frame made especially for our 250 (W) sized puzzles. We include a set of instructions with the frame, but here’s another set just in case...
At the moment the frame is only available for our 250 piece puzzles, but we are working to make other sizes available as soon as we can.
How to frame your puzzle
Just a little note before you start that’s easier if you assemble the puzzle you want to frame onto the mounting board! But don’t worry if you have already completed it, just carefully slide the puzzle onto the backing board during step 2
- With a table knife, or similar tool, carefully bend up the metal retaining clips and remove the frame backing board
- The side of the frame backing board marked as ‘A’ can now be used as a puzzle board to assemble your jigsaw puzzles
- When your jigsaw is complete, or you’ve moved your completed puzzle onto the board, place it on a flat surface (on top of a book is ideal for easier handling), place the picture frame over the board and puzzle.
- Grip the puzzle and frame together with both hands and flip it over very carefully, so the frame is now facing down
- Place it all down on a flat surface and bend the metal retaining clips back down to hold the board and frame in place
All Done! Now it’s time to sit back and admire your framed puzzle
