We wanted to take a moment to address the recent changes regarding the tariffs and sales tax to ensure there’s no confusion.
We would like to confirm that you will not have to pay the 10% tariff that applies to our UK-made products, as we pay all import tariffs and duties to US Customs at point of entry. Therefore, the price you see on our website during checkout is the price you pay.
As we have worked through the impact of tariffs and the removal of the $800 de minimis in recent weeks, we’ve now established that on top of the 10% tariff, we also have to pay extra admin and delivery charges for all our US shipments. We are not increasing our delivery charges and we will continue to offer free or discounted shipping to customers who sign up to our emails and occasionally promote similar offers on our website. However, I am afraid we will be increasing our US product prices by around 5% at the end of this month, to cover some of the impact of all of these extra costs. Please do sign up to our emails to benefit from delivery promotions which can offer a considerable discount on US orders.
