As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for continuing to enjoy our puzzles. Whether you’ve enjoyed them for decades or weeks, our goal is to ensure that from ordering your puzzle to fitting the last piece into place, your experience is perfect. It is in delighting you that inspires us to keep innovating and crafting new exceptional designs each year.
2025 has been a landmark year for us. We’ve relocated to larger premises, providing us with the space and resources to continue creating more of our premium-quality wooden puzzles right here in Britain. This move not only ensures we can maintain the exceptional craftsmanship our customers have come to expect, it also enables us to innovate more and bring you exciting new puzzle designs.
With your help, this year we have been able to give back to causes close to our hearts, including the Alzheimer’s Society and the Mental Health Foundation, as well as other charities, care homes, schools and jigsaw festivals. We plan to increase our charitable support in 2026, so do please follow our socials and sign up to emails to find out more.
For the sixth consecutive year, we also partnered with Ecologi to fund tree planting in areas that need it most, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and community.
I’d like to extend a special thank you to our incredible team. Their dedication ensures every puzzle is crafted and delivered with exceptional care, helping us maintain our Platinum Feefo rating, on over 25,000 reviews, for seven consecutive years. Each member of our ever-growing team takes pride in the smallest details, ensuring you receive our premium puzzles exactly as intended. On the rare occasion we fall short, we will always resolve quickly and aim to turn any disappointment into delight.
