Each year, more than a billion people celebrate Earth Day to protect the planet from things like pollution, deforestation, and other climate crises. We’re proud to be celebrating Earth Day this year and supporting a cause close to our hearts. This year, we pledge to plant one tree for every puzzle sold on Earth Day.
We’re proud to be partnering with Ecologi again this year to support the Earth Day initiative and work towards a greener future for everyone. We’re pleased to be continuing our partnership with Ecologi, a local environmental organisation, based just up the road from Wentworth HQ in Bristol. Ecologi is on a mission to inspire and empower people to accelerate climate action. The trees planted in collaboration with Ecologi are planted where they are needed most, to provide the most benefit to the planet, and the people.
This year, the focus of Earth Day is Planet vs. Plastics. This campaign is a call to arms, a demand that people act against plastic now, to improve the health of our planet, and themselves.
A few years ago, we made the decision to remove all single use plastic from our puzzles and from our packaging process, meaning that you won’t find any plastic tape, bubble-wrap, plastic puzzle bags or shrink-wrap when you order one of our wooden jigsaw puzzles.
